About the Role

In this position, the Sr Program Manager will serve as a key member of ZT Systems IT Department. This role will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that enable business growth and operational excellence. The Staff Program Manager will drive execution of new customer onboarding, new SKU enablement, and other strategic IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
 

What you do

  • Lead end-to-end program management for new customer onboarding initiatives, ensuring IT systems, processes, and integrations are delivered on time and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Manage new SKU/product enablement programs, coordinating across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to ensure system readiness and successful launch.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, schedules, and status reports; proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, ensuring business needs are translated into IT solutions and program milestones are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline program execution and onboarding processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners and senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and clear communication on program progress.
  • Support additional IT program management activities as required (e.g., system upgrades, integrations, software development, compliance initiatives, M&A projects).

What you Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in program/project management within IT or related functions.
  • Understanding of IT systems, enterprise applications such as ERP, PLM, SFC and cross-functional business processes (customer onboarding, SKU/product lifecycle).
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with program/project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)
     

ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,500 and $110,000 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
