Job Summary

The Condominium Review Specialist is responsible for collecting all condominium project documentation and performing thorough CPM/Full Lender and Limited Reviews of both warrantable and non-warrantable condominiums. The goal is to determine if the project meets eligibility based on agencies’ and ResiCentral’s requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at a time

Travel Required

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• 2+ years of project review experience required
• 2+ years of experience with mortgage credit guidelines, policies, and procedures required
• 2+ years of experience reviewing non-warrantable condo project eligibility required
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA, and Jumbo/NQM guidelines and exception policies required
• Familiarity with HOA questionnaires, budgets, master insurance policies, balance sheets, declarations, and bylaws required
• Appraisal review and analysis experience is a plus
• Experience with Encompass, FNMA’s Condo Project Manager (CPM), and FHLMC’s Condo Project Advisor (CPA) is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Provide exemplary service in all client interactions and communications; consistently uphold ResiCentral’s service standards and exercise sound judgment
