We're looking for a Senior Governmental Affairs Advisor to:

• shape our regulatory positioning by independently analyzing complex Swiss banking regulations and developing high-impact advocacy materials on matters that may have a material impact on our strategy and business, as well as clients, investors, and employees
• collaborate closely with senior leaders in regulatory strategy, finance, legal, and governmental affairs to align advocacy efforts with our business priorities
• act as a key interface between subject matter experts and governmental affairs advisors to translate technical insights into effective advocacy content

• master’s degree in economics, finance, international relations or a related field
• at least 8 years of experience in the financial sector or in public policy with specific expertise in financial market regulation or public policy analysis; data science or data management skills are a plus
• strong analytical thinking skills
• excellent written and spoken German and English language skills; fluency in French or Italian is a plus
• hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
