Design, develop, and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows to deliver a personalized and dynamic IVR experience.
Responsibilities:Design and develop main and sub-contact flows in Amazon Connect.
Configure call routing logic, contact attributes, queues, and hours of operation.
Implement dynamic IVR menus and integrate AWS Lambda for ServiceNow API calls.
Incorporate GDPR-compliant call recording and tagging.
Troubleshoot and optimize call flow performance.
Collaborate with Lex developers for LEX Bot NLP integration.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Contact Flow Builder.
Proficiency in dynamic routing, DTMF menus, and hours-of-operation logic.
Advanced AWS Lambda and JSON-based API integration knowledge.
Good Knowledge of Python or Node.js for Lambda function development.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations preferred.
Knowledge of GDPR call recording compliance a plus.
Knowledge of AWS services such as S3 and CloudWatch.
