Summary of the Role
You’ll contribute to quality assurance across the software lifecycle, focusing on test strategy, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and support peers while promoting best practices and innovation in QA.
In This Role You’ll
Design and implement test strategies for UI, APIs, middleware, and databases, ensuring alignment with CI/CD, Cloud, and QA standards.
Perform manual and automated testing, using tools like Playwright (TypeScript), Postman, REST Assured, and SQL for validation across layers.
Manage defects and reporting, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and production readiness.
Mentor and support peers, sharing expertise in tools, automation, and Gen AI applications for QA efficiency.
Promote continuous improvement, contributing to framework enhancements, sustainable QA practices, and innovative approaches using Gen AI.
About the Ideal Candidate
Experience in UI, API, middleware, and database testing.
Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Postman, REST Assured).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Cloud environments (preferably Azure).
Effective communicator with experience mentoring and supporting team members.
Committed to continuous learning and promoting sustainable QA practices.
