Senior Specialist, Centre Super Users – Landside

As part of our landside business transformation, you will play a vital role in our digital journey through the implementation and sustainability of Landside SAPTMS worldwide. You will be part of the Centre Super User team reporting to Landside (GSC). In your role, you are part of a cross functional team onboarding countries and will participate in activities as Training, UAT and Issue Resolution beyond the go live of a country. You will ensure that all Local Super Users are experts of the system and are equipped to train their peers and that you will become global owners of this new global community.

Key responsibilities as:

Centre Super User

  • Assist and guide aligned Areas with SAPTMS implementation
  • To resolve and positively impact ongoing process challenges and system needs, thereby improving KPIs
  • Maintain MOS connects with Area focals
  • Own and drive global community of Local Super Users.
  • Be the Tier 2 escalation focal for Areas & Local Super Users
  • Plan and perform Business continuity plans
  • Collaborate with Function/Platform & Tech Teams across domains
  • Assist FPOs in Periodic audits for process compliance
  • Update Training Material & SOPs

SAPTMS Trainer

  • Prepare, maintain and deliver training to Super Users in the assigned Areas
  • Train Local Super Users on new features and releases.
  • Identifying and addressing training-related risks and issues, with a focus on implementing solutions.
  • Digital content for self- service training.
  • Equip and prepare local super users / trainers with methodology and tools to deliver local training.
  • Ensure digital training environment is fit for purpose.
  • Competency assessment of the Super Users

Key competencies:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Intermodal process (awareness of Upstream/Downstream process is an advantage).
  • Thorough knowledge of functional processes and applications related to LSP
  • Outstanding communication skills and the capacity to interact effectively with others.
  • Tech savvy with experience of system testing and problem solving.
  • Strong expertise in MS Office products
  • Capability to organize, run and deliver training, both F2F and through virtual environments.
  • Proactively manage Training risks and issues and drive mitigations.
  • Abilities to engage with different learning environments, cultural backgrounds and other functions and domains on different org levels.
  • Must be a Self-starter with an ownership mindset.
  • Experience with SAP products is preferred.
  • Stakeholder management across geographies
