As a Paid Search Expert, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels to achieve business goals. You will work closely with marketing, product and ecommerce team, ensuring that our paid search strategies align with overall business objectives and generate consistent, measurable growth. This role requires deep knowledge of paid search strategy, budget and bid management, and campaign analysis, with a particular focus on ecommerce (or other relevant industries).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies to meet business goals, including customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to analyze data to generate insights
  • Ensure non-brand campaigns deliver target ROAS to achieve desired results.
  • Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
  • Define campaign budgets, algin campaign goals and ensure search campaigns meet best practice principles.
  • Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, DSA, Pmax and other areas of paid search to deliver performance goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in paid search, digital marketing, and ecommerce to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Utilize data driven analysis insights, identify opportunities, making recommendations for performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate regular reports (daily and weekly), and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. You will be required to have strong Excel skills to track performance and prepare detailed reports.

  • A detailed knowledge of Paid search best approaches, principles and standards.
  • A good understanding of how PPC fits into the wider area of performance marketing
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and results and make a tangible impact on ROAS and revenues.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.

Professional Skills & Qualifications
 

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to analyze data, identify trends derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in Performance marketing, creating, managing and executing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing ads.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optmyzr, Marin, Similar Web, SA 360, or similar is a plus
  • Proven experience in using smart bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, maximize conversion, maximize conversion value).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel to manage and analyze daily and weekly campaign performance data and create comprehensive reports.
  • Understanding of tracking, conversion optimization, and integration of paid search campaigns with other marketing channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale paid search accounts.
