We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Rep to grow sales and expand our customer base on the Sunshine Coast. If you love hitting targets and building lasting connections, this is your role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive and increase sales by gaining new customers and retaining current accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise value for both the customer and the business.
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service, managing enquiries, quotes, tenders, and complaints.
- Keep sales records accurate, up to date, and in line with company standards.
- Send pricing proposals and agreements promptly and professionally.
- Report regularly on performance, competitor activity, and market conditions in your region.
YOUR SKILLS
You’re confident in communicating, great at building relationships, and motivated to hit (and beat) sales targets. You’re driven to succeed in a competitive market and organised in managing your pipeline and reporting..
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and converting leads into loyal customers.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer sales records accurately.
- Knowledge of building products, construction, or garage doors (advantageous).
A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
