Create impact as a Senior Content Producer

Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We’re a top-tier ASX-listed company helping to make the world a safer place through creating a stronger and more resilient business and enabling our portfolio of iconic insurance brands.

At IAG, marketing is a key driver of growth, and we’re looking for a Senior Content Producer to help raise the creative bar. This role is both hands on and directional:  you’ll product content across video, design, animation and digital channels, while also providing creative recommendations that shape campaign quality and brand expression.  You’ll be responsible for developing new ideas in creative excellence, identifying opportunities across different touchpoints, and ensuring every asset reflects our brand look and feel. As custodian of our visual identity, you’ll balance consistency with innovation – keeping content fresh, relevant and engaging. Alongside direct content creation, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our in-house creative studio and collaborate with agencies, freelancers and stakeholders to deliver campaigns that align with strategy, meet budget, and drive measurable impact.

This is a permanent position open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney)
