What you’ll do
Drive end-to-end software development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring secure, high-quality, and well-documented solutions.
Adapt quickly to new programming languages and paradigms, maintaining productivity across diverse tech stacks.
Champion modern testing and agile practices, delivering reliable software with strong ownership and continuous improvement.
Embed security by design, proactively addressing complex security challenges through layered defenses and peer code reviews.
Coach and mentor peers, fostering technical growth, agile mindset, and personal development across the team.
Promote continuous delivery and agile excellence, improving team efficiency and contributing to organizational knowledge and culture.
What we’re looking for
Full-stack development expertise with strong grasp of software design, testing, and delivery lifecycle tools.
Cloud and automation proficiency, including hands-on experience with Azure, Ansible, and CI/CD practices.
Security-first mindset, applying “defense in depth” and secure coding principles throughout development.
Agile collaboration and communication, effectively working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Adaptability and continuous learning, thriving in ambiguity and quickly mastering new technologies.
