We assist insurance companies, independent adjusting firms, multinational corporations, government entities, and individuals in calculating the actual economic impact of claims and disputes.
This internship is designed for students in their 2nd or 3rd semester. The intern will support staff and management in preparing work papers, conducting preliminary analysis of client documents, performing background research, summarizing information, and assisting in expert assignments related to dispute resolution, both judicial and extrajudicial.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating insurance claims and economic damages
- Format and analyze sales, production, cost, and other accounting data
- Participate in physical inventory observations, price testing, and volume testing
- Input data and analyze invoices
- Verify claims against source documents
- Conduct research and perform general administrative tasks
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Basic Excel skills (e.g., SUM, COUNT, MIN, MAX)
- Familiarity with financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of inventory records and valuation methods
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and verification
- Basic understanding of audit procedures and internal controls (NBC TA 200)
- Basic knowledge of the expert accounting profession in Brazil (NBC TP 01 & NBC PP 01)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Actively pursuing or willing to pursue a Brazilian CPA designation (CRC)
- English proficiency at A2 or A3 level (fluency not required)
- Interest in developing a career in forensic accounting
