The Role
As a Chapter Leader, you will blend deep engineering knowledge and experience and an understanding of cybersecurity with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing associates. You are deeply committed to improving the value delivered to our customers. In an agile structure you will collaborate with other leaders to establish engineering standards, best practices, influence strategic decisions and build world class solutions focused on Application Security.

The Skills You Bring
Strong systems and software engineering background with a proven track record of delivering to cloud at scale while leveraging Secure-SDLC practices
Proven knowledge and experience of engineering principles, patterns and practices and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with modern agile engineering approaches and focus on operational excellence.
Data-driven approach to decision making, in day-to-day leadership and strategic trade-off analyses
Committed people leader capable of developing others within your knowledge area to accelerate and achieve increased skill proficiency.
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Any application security experience, including Secrets Scanning, Static Composition Analysis (SCA), Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) would be considered a plus

You have experience with test automation, including solid understanding of test tools.

You have strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions. You are a collaborative team-player in an autonomous team, owning all aspects of delivery (coding, quality, DevSecOps). You build relationships with key business partners and quickly establish trust to ensure effective delivery.
Continued focus on engineering excellence, including improving automation, test coverage, release velocity and production health.
