Primary Role

Responsible for the management of the Company’s operational and financial data including developing analytics, reporting performance metrics and development of standard operating procedures to drive operational efficiencies across several diverse operations groups in IL. Work directly with the responsible individuals within each system to develop identified improvement plans.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with the Production, Distribution, Engineering, EAM, SCADA, Billing and Finance teams to deliver effective analysis of results (plan, forecast, actuals & improvement plans).
  • Develop, analyze, consolidate Key Performance Indicators and other dashboard reports, including alignment with other states as necessary.
  • Drives financial performance through detailed analysis, tracking, communication of specific areas, while utilizing findings to recommend and implement process changes.
  • Act as the primary contact for local operations for queries and support.

Knowledge/Skills

  • This position will require teamwork and collaboration with a variety of work groups across the business.
  • Business acumen and judgment; knowledge of company procedures, policies, and operations; knowledge of Change Management methodologies and techniques.

Experience/Education

  • Four (4)-year bachelor’s degree in finance and/or business-related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Four (4) years of experience in water or wastewater industry preferred.

Certifications/Licenses

  • Water treatment and/or Wastewater license preferred.
  • Valid, State Driver’s License with ability to pass motor vehicle background check.

Travel Requirements

  • Water treatment and/or Wastewater license preferred.
  • Valid, State Driver’s License with ability to pass motor vehicle background check.
