As Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations— You’ll lead a cross-functional team with clarity and purpose, champion lean manufacturing principles, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operations with long-term business goals.

What You Will Do:
Specific Duties:
• Lead and manage the operations team across all production areas—including Printing, Blanking, Labeling, and Forming—while overseeing labor, budgeting, and cost control to ensure alignment with business and customer requirements.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in accordance with established goals, policies, and performance standards.
• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to optimize workflow and maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to define and uphold standards for cost control and waste reduction, while promoting a lean culture and deploying best-in-class manufacturing practices.
• Actively participate in daily and weekly Operations Staff Meetings, providing timely updates on performance, priorities, and progress.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by communicating proactively with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT to resolve issues, streamline processes, and enhance overall results.
• Coordinate and maintain internal documentation for manufacturing process changes, particularly in response to new product applications or customer requirements.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports and recommendations by engaging with leadership to support planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Materials Management to schedule production runs and ensure efficient resource allocation across manufacturing areas.
• Utilize project management tools to organize, track, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Oversee Print and Forming operations, engineering, and logistics, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, Hygiene, Quality, and environmental regulations.
• Ensure production schedules are met consistently and efficiently.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, maintaining financial discipline and cost-effectiveness.
• Uphold GMP, ISO, and internal quality standards to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Play an active role in partnering with recruiter, retaining, and developing top talent across the operations team.
• Lead by example—coaching, mentoring, and cultivating a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture focused on results and continuous growth.
• Ensure robust safety and environmental programs are in place and effectively managed.
• Serve as backup for the Senior Operations Manager or Shift Supervisors during absences or vacancies, as required by customer agreements.
• Remain flexible and responsive to evolving business needs—additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
What You Will Bring:
• A Master’s degree in Engineering or a Science-related field, with 5–7 years of hands-on production experience in print, packaging, or electromechanical manufacturing. An advanced degree in Business is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, workforce planning, and budget management.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing, with a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt and a track record of leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
• A personable, team-oriented leadership style with a strong focus on achieving business goals through collaboration and empowerment.
• Exceptional communication skills, paired with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver world-class performance across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to inspire, coach, and motivate a large and diverse workforce.
• Solid financial acumen and a sharp commercial mindset, with the ability to balance operational efficiency and strategic growth

- Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted
- Stand and walk for a full 8-hour shift
