OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Senior system administrator to support the TSSSOC environment. Responsibilities include managing email, firewall, domain, LDAP, user support, Linux servers, VMware builds, and workstation configurations to ensure availability and security of TSSSOC systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced Linux system administration skills.
• Experience with VMware virtualization.
• Knowledge of email systems administration.
• Experience with firewall configuration and management.
• Understanding of LDAP and directory services.
• Expertise in system hardening and security controls.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
• Experience with patch management and system updates.
• 3+ years of experience in system administration.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux systems.
• Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent required.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) desired. Additional security certifications (Security+, CISSP) desired.
• Business hours (M-F) with on-call support as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Security + desired. VMware Certified Professional (VCP) desired.
• Additional security certifications (CISSP) desired.

CLEARANCE:

• Secret minimum
