Business Process Lead
Job Summary
The role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity through continuous improvement practices. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to identify improvement areas, develop strategies, and implement solutions that boost overall operational performance. A key focus will be on standardizing and embedding continuous improvement methods within the planning and supply network organization. Additionally, the role includes developing and training team members in analytical, troubleshooting, and statistical skills. Project management of on-going initiatives, closely following up with action plans, driving change management and global adoption of practices.
Responsibilities
- Project management of on-going initiatives, change management. Follow up with action plans, drive global alignment, prepare roadmaps for transformational projects. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects’ advances.
- Conducts comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Installs solution paths through CI methodologies. Standardizes and continually improve the audit of planning processes driving planning excellence score. Works with the planning teams to define missing conditions for planning excellence (training needs, visual aids, etc)
- Designs and develop process improvement initiatives, including workflow redesign, process reengineering, and automation solutions. Modify existing processes to adopt these improvements
- Creates and maintains process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and guidelines and facilitates training on processes
- Facilitates workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on process improvement methodologies and tools. Leads cross-functional teams through process improvement initiatives, utilizing project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
- Monitors and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and data analysis techniques.
- Identifies and implements change management strategies to drive acceptance and adoption of process improvements.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, management, operations, or a related field;
- +2 years of experience responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement in processes. Advanced certification in CI methodologies. Experience in project management.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, such as Visio or BI.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, or data and analytics software; like Power BI, Python, R, among others.
Education
- Advanced certification in continuous improvement methodologies. Master's degree preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Ability to lead within team and with cross-functional groups.
- Ability to guide special projects pertaining to fit and innovation involving multiple functional areas.
- Innovative approach to product development, systems, processes, and problem solving.
- Strong analytical skills related to data quality issues to determine causes and/or solutions.
