Our Revenue Operations team is seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Product Owner (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in building and administering our Salesforce ecosystem including Sales & Service Cloud solutions. This is a high-impact role, allowing you to work on complex problems and cutting-edge technology to help shape Moss's customer acquisition, PLG, CX setup and accelerate our revenue efforts.

Your responsibilities

Here is some of what you can expect to be doing in your day-to-day:

  • Salesforce administration- You will provide comprehensive administration of our Salesforce & pricing/billing ecosystem, make sure we follow Salesforce best practices and ensure system scalability, preparing us for future growth.

  • Technical Support & Optimisation - You will monitor system performance, resolving bugs and providing necessary fixes/updates, working closely with end users.

  • Revenue System best practice design & build - You will design and build in Salesforce best practice across UX/UI, workflow automations, integrations with third-party apps and our internal systems.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration - proactively gather and analyze commercial business requirements, translate them into state-of-the-art implementations and collaborate with our engineering teams.

  • Revenue Technology Champion - You will serve as gatekeeper, thought-partner and subject matter expert for revenue technology, both internally and externally with our vendors.

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience administering Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and broader revenue tool stack integrations, ideally in a B2B SaaS context. Experience with CPQ / billing solutions is a big plus.

  • Minimum Salesforce certifications:

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator

    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

    • Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant

  • Experience working with APIs and Engineering teams.
