About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) Manager to support our UK and Ireland operations. This role has become available as our current QEHS Manager is retiring, creating an exciting opportunity to step into a position of responsibility and impact.
In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance, maintain ISO9001:2015 certification, and provide guidance and support to our teams.
Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Act as the official H&S Officer for all UK & Ireland sites.
Maintain ISO9001:2015 certification and perform QA audits.
Review and update risk assessments and safety policies.
Oversee premises safety, security, and maintenance.
Advise management and staff on H&S legislation and best practices.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate first aid provisions and training for staff.
Support HR on occupational health and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Assist with customer approvals, pre-qualification questionnaires, and compliance documentation.
Your Profile

Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
Proactive, trustworthy, flexible, and calm under pressure.
A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage part-time responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
Construction DM qualification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and QA accreditations.
Experience in industrial or technical environments preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
