Are you hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to take the wheel of a vital role in our operations? We’re looking for a Mobile Plant Operator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials – where your skills help keep the heart of our production beating.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan & Prepare: You’ll help plan daily production based on customer needs and plant capabilities.
- Operate with Precision: Start-up, shut-down, and optimise plant performance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Inspect & Maintain: Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on both static and mobile plant equipment – keeping everything safe and efficient.
- Drive & Deliver: Operate mobile plant machinery including Front-End Loaders (FEL) and dumpers to move materials and feed the plant.
- Fuel the Flow: Refuel machines and ensure all operations are carried out safely and to the highest standards.
- Record & Report: Keep accurate records to support site management and compliance.
