Senior Project Manager – Data Analytics na Arobas Personnel

Arobas personnel is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Data Analytics for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal or Toronto.

 *Remote : Hybrid- 2 days/week in the office* 

What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Senior Project Manager in Data Analytics, you will streamline the entire contract lifecycle—from creation to renewal—ensuring alignment with market conditions and driving optimal commercial outcomes.

You’ll lead complex initiatives with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), leveraging your expertise in Conga Expertise to deliver successful, large-scale projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Applying strong data analytics and AI knowledge/experience to support business objectives.
• Driving results through leadership, stakeholder management, and effective communication.
  • Challenging the status quo to push for innovation and improvement.
  • Managing project risks and ensuring accountability.
  • Collaborating within a matrix environment to ensure alignment and success.
• Taking a hands-on approach, being actively involved in all phases of project delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Demonstrated success leading and delivering complex projects.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Data Analytics and AI.
• Experience in Conga implementation projects (a significant asset).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with end-to-end ownership of deliverables.

Languages:

• English fluency required.
• Bilingualism (English/French) preferred for Montreal.
