This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of ERP solutions and technology, making a significant impact in the industry.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationshipsEnsure delivered solutions align with the agreed-upon design from the sales cycleAssist Infor Program leadership in helping customers achieve their goalsCreate and refine key Architecture Artifacts, ensuring they're well-organized and consistently maintained.Validate solution designs to meet customer project objectives and technical requirements, ensuring business value is delivered.Provide leadership to the Project Team, actively participating in various project phases to ensure solution adoption.Analyze customers' systems, proposing effective solutions to address their business challenges.Incorporate change acceptance principles into requirements and decisions.Organizational Support and Practice Development:Contribute to the Architecture Competency Centre, helping develop best practices and tools.Deliver knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for consultants, including new talent recruits.Sales Support:Work closely with Pre-Sales and Sales teams on significant opportunities within your industry.Provide industry-specific knowledge during the sales cycle to help plan activities.Recommend End-to-End solution designs that align with customer objectives and desired outcomesInnovation:Identify and develop potential business use cases.Help define the business case for implementing innovative solutions and run proof-of-concept projects.Provide valuable insights to our Research and Development team based on industry trends.Qualifications:Fluent in French and EnglishIn-Depth ERP KnowledgeIndustry Experience in ideally discrete manufacturing (i.e. automotive, aero space defense, electronics) or any related Infor Industries Proven Leadership in ERP ImplementationExceptional Stakeholder Relationship Management SkillsWillingness to Travel (Up to 60%)Your expertise, leadership, and innovative mindset will be the driving force behind our successPreferred Qualifications:Customer-Facing ExpertiseTOGAF KnowledgeWe offer:Full-time employmentCompetitive compensationInternational working environment & working culturePossibility of professional growthAccess to training and certificationsHybrid workingImpact Days you can use to have an impact on the environment and society Candidatar-se agora
