Capability Manager

Job Summary
Drive strategic capability development by designing and executing training, mentoring, performance, and resource management initiatives to build a future-ready, high-performing workforce. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement foundational training programs to ensure effective process knowledge absorption and operational excellence.

2. Develop and maintain process documentation including golden process maps and SIPOC diagrams to support solution delivery and standardization.

3. Lead capability development initiatives through upskilling, deskilling, and multi-skilling programs, while mentoring employees for career growth.

4. Collaborate with L&D and Delivery teams to create future-ready talent pools via structured learning journeys aligned with business demands.

5. Drive performance management processes by setting standards, facilitating goal alignment, and supporting appraisal and feedback mechanisms.

6. Manage end-to-end resource lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and upskilling of unallocated resources in coordination with delivery and talent acquisition teams.
