JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for an Associate Architect to join our team.
• This role requires a deep understanding of both AWS cloud services and Snowflake data warehousing solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• As an Associate Architect specializing in AWS Cloud and Snowflake, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust cloud-based solutions to meet organizational needs. Your expertise in AWS and Snowflake will be crucial in developing scalable architectures, ensuring seamless data integration, and optimizing performance across platforms.
• Architectural Design: Develop and implement cloud-native architectures and data solutions using AWS Cloud and Snowflake technologies.
• Cloud Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud adoption strategies, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring strategies.
• Data Integration: Design and implement data integration solutions that leverage the capabilities of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Scalability and Performance: Ensure solutions are scalable and perform efficiently to meet business needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure architecture aligns with organizational goals.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in cloud and data solutions.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure all cloud and data architectures meet security and compliance requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in AWS and Snowflake to continually improve the organization's cloud architecture.

QUALIFICATION

• Full time Engineering or equivalent degree (preferably in Computers)

EXPERIENCE

• 11+ years of AWS, Snowflake, Data engineering and Cloud experience
• Should have experience in health care
• Good to have working experience in Edward
• Should have working experience in PIMS, PCMS and VBC
• Good to have experience working as full stack developer either in Java or .NET applications

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience and deep technical knowledge in AWS Cloud services and Snowflake.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic cloud architectures in alignment with business objectives.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud and data issues.
• Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Innovation: Demonstrated ability to introduce innovative solutions and drive technological advancement.
• Strong time management skills
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
