Your new responsibilities

• Projektmanagement: Koordination von Controlling-Projekten für die ams OSRAM Gruppe, unter Berücksichtigung anderer Fachbereiche wie Finanzen, IT, SCM/Logistik, usw.
• Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Einbringen von Controlling-relevantem Know-hows und von Controlling-Prozessen für Projekte, die von anderen Teams geleitet werden. Aktive Teilnahme in allen Projektphasen, um eine reibungslose Integration zu gewährleisten und relevante Inhalte für Controlling-bezogene Aspekte bereitzustellen
• Konzeptentwicklung: Entwicklung und Implementierung fortschrittlicher Controlling-Konzepte für verschiedene Projekte oder Verbesserungen, um die Zeit- und Kosteneffizienz zu steigern
• Expertenunterstützung: Bereitstellung von Level-2-Support zur Lösung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Controlling-Tools und -Prozessen im laufenden Betrieb
• Strategische Initiativen: Verantwortung für Controlling-bezogene Bereiche bei Carve-outs, Roll-outs neuer Firmen und M&A-Aktivitäten um die strategische Ausrichtung und die reibungslose Umsetzung sicherzustellen
• Teilnahme an Periodenabschlussaktivitäten, um eine genaue und rechtzeitige Finanzberichterstattung zu gewährleisten

Who we are looking for

• University Degree in Economics, Finance or similar
• Proven, in-depth experience in controlling coupled with several years of experience in production/corporate/financial controlling
• Excellent understanding of controlling functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Advanced SAP knowledge (especially Controlling modules)
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with BW / BI reporting tools and Power BI for data analysis and visualization is an advantage
• Independent and proactive workstyle, team spirit and hands-on mentality
• Fluent in English, German a plus
