Crafted Highlights: 

As an Technician- RMBC working in Wheat Ridge, CO, you will support the manufacturing of high-quality beer and beverage cans by operating, adjusting, and maintaining cullet processing plant equipment, basement cullet, and furnace equipment, while collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure product quality and efficiency. You will also control the overall process for safe and accurate operation, identify and resolve operational and quality issues, perform special projects, and, once trained and certified, operate mobile equipment. 

 

What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
  • Operate, adjust, and maintain Batch and Furnace equipment, including:
    • Cullet Processing Plant
    • Basement cullet hauling systems
    • Furnace equipment
  • Ensure safe and accurate control of the overall process to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve operational and quality issues proactively.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Primary responsibilities will focus on the Cullet Processing Plant.
  • Operate mobile equipment upon successful completion of training and certification.

 

Key Ingredients:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Safe worker, willing to wear a respirator, and follow all Batch and Furnace safety procedures, and policies. 
  • Comfortable with high heat environments 
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Willing to take direction and execute clear expectations and tasks safely 
  • Willing to be trained to operate mobile equipment (Trackmobile, Cat 928 Loader, Sellicks and fork trucks)
