POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed oriented individual to support our team with daily tasks including responding to bulk order inquiries, entering & processing corporate orders. This is a Seasonal position through December 2025. 

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Reply to corporate inquiries via email or phone. 
• Create quotes for bulk orders. 
• Assist team in entering orders. 
• Perform additional Customer Service-related tasks as needed. 
• Other projects as necessary. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Exhibit exceptional Customer Service Skills & ability to communicate effectively. 
• Proficient in MS Office Excel & Word. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
