Description
We are seeking a technically skilled and solutions-oriented Crushing and Screening Application Expert to support our operations across Arizona and surrounding regions. This role is responsible for providing expert-level guidance on crushing and screening equipment, including setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and training. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, and service technicians to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance and delivering maximum value. This position requires a deep understanding of material processing applications and a strong commitment to customer success.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical expertise on crushing and screening equipment, including configuration, operation, and optimization
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support equipment demonstrations, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Conduct site evaluations to recommend equipment setups and process improvements
- Train customers and internal teams on best practices for equipment operation and maintenance
- Understand gradations and ability to assist customers with meeting required spec
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Support rental fleet operations through setup, inspections, and performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation of site visits, recommendations, and customer interactions
- Travel to customer sites for hands-on support and application consulting
- Stay current with industry trends, equipment advancements, and safety standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent ICM Solutions with integrity and technical excellence
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or engineering background preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crushing and screening applications or heavy equipment operations
- Strong understanding of material processing workflows and equipment configurations
- Clean MVR (No more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25)
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Must be able to obtain and maintain MSHA clearances
- Familiarity with safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Proven experience in equipment rental, inventory management, or related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and contract management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory software and reporting tools
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance processes and service documentation
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer demand in the equipment industry
- Ability to educate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Travel Requirements:
- Out of town as required with multiple nights possible.
