The Role:

The Technology Specialist supports the foundational activities that ensure a seamless customer experience for national technology solutions clients. In this entry-level role, you'll assist with proposals, order entry, documentation, and internal/external communications while learning Raymond’s systems and processes to develop into a strong contributor within the sales operations team. Follows Lean Management practices and methodology and makes recommendations for change. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Facilitate effective communication with sales teams, assist with requests for proposals, and assist with larger projects. 
• Support order entry, documentation, and data updates for National Accounts. 
• Respond to basic inquiries from dealers and internal stakeholders. 
• Assist with CRM and ERP processes to ensure accurate information tracking. 
• Maintain and organize project documentation using tools such as Smartsheet and Excel. 
• Maintains records with appropriate supporting material. Review and follow the published standard work documentation. 
• Actively contribute to Lean Management activities, including kaizen submission and defect tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. 
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, or sales support. 
• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Smartsheet. 
• A customer-focused mindset and ability to foster positive relationships. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with Lean Management principles preferred.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $58,168 - $72,545 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
