Located on Testarossa Winery's charming historic patio surrounded by lush forest, 107 offers a unique outdoor dining experience Wednesday - Sundays and holiday Mondays. What the Server does!

As a part-time Server, you’ll provide excellent food and beverage service to each of our guests/club members within 107 Bistro & Wine Bar service areas to meet sales/club sign up goals and foster brand loyalty. Working at our historic site (Saturday & Sunday, plus one week day Wednesday - Friday), the day-to-day may include:

  • Delivering a remarkable experience from arrival to departure while building rapport with our guests to foster brand loyalty 
  • Elegantly delivering and sharing information on wine and food options
  • Informing guests of promotions, upsell and entice guests to sign up for our club membership and purchase wine to go home 
  • Collaborating with the service and culinary team to maintain a positive, fun and productive environment

Requirements

  • 1+ year of serving in a restaurant, preferably in an upscale environment 
  • Winery experience preferred
  • Wine sales experience preferred: knowledge and ability to present and sell wines/club memberships
  • Passion for wine in your day-to-day life
  • Proactive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Availability Wednesday - Sunday preferred, with weekend and all holiday availability required.  Depending on the day of the week and reservations, shifts may be 4-9:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 11am-4pm, 1-9:30pm, 3:30pm-8:30pm, etc.  
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs often 
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift with frequent use of ramp or stairs
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions (tent provided in winter, shade sails in summer)
  • Repetitive motions including, lifting, pouring, and reaching
