Support data collection, processing, and quality assurance activities while learning fundamental data management and analytical skills. Provide operational support to enable efficient intelligence operations and contribute to team success. Leverage specific subject matter expertise to support specific areas of practice.
Data Operations
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various internal and external sources
• Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks
• Support routine data processing and reporting activities
• Work closely with IT Team to ensure fidelity between data sets
• Assist with database maintenance and updates
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Marketing Support
• Act as a liaison and primary point of contact for specific practices and/or disciplines.
• Support survey administration and data collection efforts
• Maintain research libraries and knowledge repositories
• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
• Maintain filing systems and documentation
Required Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in data, analytics, and business intelligence

Depending on the location, the annual pay salary range for this position, is between $85,000 and $115,000, commensurate with qualifications.
