The Boutique Bartender is the centerpiece of the bar experience, blending technical skill with artistry to craft memorable moments for guests. This role goes beyond pouring drinks, it embodies hospitality, creativity, and storytelling. In partnership with the Director of Restaurants, the Boutique Bartender curates a unique beverage program with a focus on limited craft cocktails, select artisanal spirits, and locally inspired ingredients, while delivering warm, personalized service in an intimate, upscale setting.

In addition to mixology expertise, the Boutique Bartender serves as a host, educator, and ambassador for the property, guiding guests through flavor profiles, wine pairings, and spirit selections with confidence and flair. They are responsible for maintaining impeccable lounge and beverage standards, managing inventory, and ensuring that every detail, from garnishes to glassware, reflects the property’s commitment to excellence.

This position requires a balance of passion for beverage culture, operational discipline, and genuine hospitality. The Boutique Bartender plays a key role in creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming, leaving each guest with a lasting impression of service that feels personal, thoughtful, and distinctive.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and serve exceptional craft cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages using artisanal, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Deliver warm, personalized hospitality that anticipates guest preferences and elevates the lounge experience.
  • Act as a storyteller and educator, guiding guests through flavor profiles, pairings, and beverage origins.
  • Maintain impeccable lounge and beverage standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and F&B leaders to align beverage offerings with culinary menus and seasonal concepts.
  • Contribute to the boutique atmosphere by curating details that reflect the property’s brand and enhance guest ambiance.
  • Support team development by mentoring colleagues and participating in menu innovation, tastings, and special activations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a bartender in a boutique, luxury, or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and beverage trends, with ability to craft creative and balanced cocktails.
  • Passion for hospitality with a guest-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to create memorable experiences.
  • Solid understanding of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent) required.
  • Ability to work with precision under pressure while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborative team player who can partner with culinary and service colleagues to deliver cohesive guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
