As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping strong, long-term relationships with our clients. By ensuring seamless renewals, uncovering opportunities for growth, and providing an exceptional customer experience, you’ll directly contribute to the success of both our clients and our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections, problem-solving, and driving customer success.
What that means day to day
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of SafeContractor clients, ensuring they receive an excellent service experience.
- Support clients throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and growth by understanding client needs.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as their trusted point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth, efficient, and value-driven client experience.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in influencing and problem-solving, both with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a customer success or key account environment
- An interest in compliance, risk management, or supply chain management would be advantageous.
