· Outbound calls to potential clients, educating them on the importance of our licence to push sales through.
· Hitting your targets and KPIs to ensure success in your role and support the team and wider business.

We’re looking for someone with brilliant communications skills who has a passion for connecting with people. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a challenge in a dynamic environment and having clear goals to work towards. We need you to have experience selling over the phone with a preferred background of business to business sales.
You will need to be focused, tenacious, and self-motivated as you strive to make outbound calls to leads and push sales through in order for you to hit your targets and KPIs.
You’ll need to be detail oriented and ensure that your CRM pipeline is kept up to date in order for accurate reports to be taken from it and ensure clear visibility of your pipeline.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team working towards the same goals as you, and you should be supportive of your team members, exchanging ideas and feedback to promote success in each other.

£25,000 base with realistic OTE of £40,000 per annum.
