Job Overview                                 :    To support the operation, maintenance, and process optimization of the Ammonium Sulphate Plant under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors. The role involves hands-on learning, monitoring plant parameters, and ensuring safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities Areas : 

1. Assist in daily operations of the Ammonium Sulphate Plant including monitoring of process parameters, equipment status, and product quality.
2. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities under supervision.
3. Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and production records accurately.
4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Participate in troubleshooting of process issues and suggest improvements.
6. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Utilities, QC, Stores) for smooth plant functioning.
7. Learn and apply basic process control techniques and instrumentation.
8. Assist in documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Qualification                          : Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical   Engineering, or relevant discipline.

Experience                             : Fresher / 1 - 2 Years.
