Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Collections: Achieve sales and collection targets through effective channel management across Karnataka.
Team & Channel Management: Manage contract sales team and distribution channels to ensure market penetration and business development.
Workshops & Programs:
Conduct 2 Product Solution (PS) workshops every week (typically on Saturdays and Sundays; compensatory offs provided).
Organize and execute 3 Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs per quarter.
Customer Engagement: Make 10–12 calls daily to dentists during their preferred visiting hours (10 AM–1 PM & 5 PM–9 PM, weekdays).
Travel: Undertake 10 days of outstation travel per month for territory coverage and business expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Dental or MBA in Marketing (preferred).
2–4 years of sales experience in dental/medical devices, pharma, or healthcare domain.
Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (with compensatory offs).
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
