1) Check castings and other components visually as well as dimensionally.
2) Prepare first piece inspection report of casting & other pump parts.

3) Check RT castings with RT no & mentioned in SAP.
4) Creation of notification of rejected casting & pump parts.
5) Daily GNR clearance in SAP.
6) Outside inspection at vendor end.
