Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce CRM Specialist to support and enhance our Salesforce environment, including Sales & Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for end-user support, manage CRM data accuracy, and collaborate closely with both local and global teams to implement new processes and reporting capabilities. This role is essential in enabling efficient, data-driven decision-making and driving user adoption of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, resolving login issues, managing data adjustments, and performing data uploads.
  • Respond to user inquiries and deliver regular training sessions for both new joiners and existing users to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness.
  • Design and configure custom reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
  • Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, including the setup and maintenance of data extensions and campaign configurations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all Salesforce platforms and integrations.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for new CRM processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with local departments to gather requirements, design end-to-end (E2E) processes (e.g. with sales & training teams), and implement CRM enhancements.
  • Partner with global CRM teams to align on new initiatives, system upgrades, and data governance policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration; Sales Cloud experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including reporting, dashboards, data models, and user management.
  • Basic knowledge of data management best practices, including data quality and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to train and support users at all levels.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with both local and global teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud) are a plus.
