Title: Product Analyst – Workday (Talent & Performance , Learning)

Role Summary 

We are seeking a Technology Product Analyst to join our new shared capability Centre (HSCC) based in Hyderabad, integrating into our broader, Global Operating Model. 

You will partner with key stakeholders across Group HR Operations, and respective business areas to support the design and functionality of Performance and Learning Module in Workday to ensure it is fit-for-purpose, and meets the needs of end-users and customer groups. This role will work closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders both internally and externally to align on initiatives and priorities, capturing risks and dependencies throughout all phases of key initiatives.  

This role will fit in as part of the Global People Technology delivery model, with opportunity to work with different stakeholders based in different countries.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support Product Owner with design and configuration requirements and/or changes to Performance and Learning modules in Workday based on change requests and new releases, giving recommendations where appropriate. 

  • Drive the configuration of changes within Workday, as directed by Product Owner and other key stakeholders in People Technology. 

  • Support initiatives surrounding the continual improvement of Workday’s configuration across Talent & Performance and Learning modules. 

  • Liaise with the People Services team to assist with technology related customer queries as they arise and are escalated to People Technology where required. 

  • Support the design and configuration of technical changes across Talent & Performance and Learning systems/bolt-ons, taking more ownership of certain platforms as required. 

  • Provide operational and technical support to other areas of Group HR Operations as they arise and escalated. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Experience having managed a product related to HR/People Technology. 

  • Experience in the configuration of Workday Talent & Performance and Learning preferred. 

  • Experience and understanding of Talent & Performance and Learning processes, both in and out of Workday. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, having managed external stakeholders in relation to a People Technology product. 

  • Independent, experience self-managing and monitoring own workload. 

  • Customer facing experience, handling queries. 

  • Designed and delivered training on a People Technology platform to end-users. 

  • Expert problem solving and analytical skills. 

  • Knowledge and Experience in EIB's.
