The Process Expert ITP will work in close collaboration with multiple partners and is encouraged to take full ownership for the delivery of the initiatives related to Payment run & Unclaimed Property activities. The person should have deep understanding on overall P2P, GL postings and passing the adjustment entries as required. The Role would cut across a wide span of activities within US I2P and would be fully involved in the AP-related activities.

What will you be doing?

Management of the AP end to end processes and responsibility for all associated reporting and analysis

Support the Transactional Processing and be a point of contact to resolve the complex, escalated, judgmental process challenges which may arise in the P2P process and be the primary contact for Purchasing/Receiving department and supplier.

Prepares and enters monthly accrued expense journal entries.

Creating and maintaining a knowledge-base of service delivery content based on re-usable information and SOP.

Proactively track AP Supplier related issues, and coordinate with Internal team and other functional owners to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

This role will require cross functional collaboration across the business, third party suppliers and operations team thereby providing inputs for driving process improvements.

Perform ad hoc analyses and support urgent requests including managing highly sensitive situation with respect to process following the compliance map.

What will you need to be Successful?

• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate – B.Com / M.Com / MBA or equivalent degree in accounting.

• Min 4-5 years of accounts payable experience mainly into Invoice processing, Payment Run and Handling Exception Handling for AP

• SAP ERP experience in I2P is desired.

• Ability to think creatively and act operationally to resolve ambiguity in the transaction processing.

• Should possess good problem-solving skills.

• Good English communications skills written and verbal.

• Flexible to work month end schedules and different shifts.
