ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about making a real impact? TLEA is welcoming applications for a full time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team working Monday to Friday at our Kwinana plant.
The successful applicant will be responsible for Supervising all warehouse activities, supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of the lithium process plant(s), and wider Tianqi Lithium Kwinana and Rockingham facilities.
We’re looking for an experienced logistics and warehousing professional looking for their next position. The ideal candidate is someone who embodies our core values of distinction, pragmatism, honesty, tenacity, and innovation.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a a safe and effective work environment with a genuine focus on housekeeping and continuous improvement.
- Manage inbound / outbound freight activities in compliance with Duty of Care and Chain of Responsibility Legislation.
- Effective and timely management of warehouse receipting and picking workloads.
- Promote a safe, supportive culture to fosters ideas, recommendations, and the inclusion of all Ttam members.
- Oversee all cyclical and adhoc stocktake activities so inventory is safe, secure, and systematically counted, in line with Inventory, and finance policies and procedures.
- Work with the Logistics Administrator to draft various warehouse, logistics, and inventory policies and procedures.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within a refinery environment.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Warehouse and logistics management
- Supply chain
- Inventory control
- Facilities management
- Planning and scheduling
- SAP experience
- LF forklift license

LOCATION
TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.
Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham.
