About the role

Join our successful tailings storage facility design team, working on a wide range projects across Australia and internationally. Your work will span feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, hazard and risk assessments, stability, seepage and dam break analyses, life of mine planning – including closure design, construction monitoring, and technical advisory.

You’ll experience diverse, technically challenging projects while being supported by a strong team of tailings specialists. We have a steady pipeline of work from established and new clients. Our tailings business offers security, stability, and ongoing opportunities for growth—regardless of mining industry cycles.

Our Tailings team are involved in cutting-edge projects, addressing the big mining requirements of today.

About you

Your background will include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.

• 5-10 years’ geotechnical tailings and mining experience.

• Technical progression in your geotechnical career.

• The ability to make decisions on field investigations, laboratory testing, and construction.

• Ability to manage planned travel within Australia and internationally.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the right to work in Australia.
