About the role

We are seeking Client Services Officer, reporting to the Client Services Team Leader responsible for being the first point of contact for our customers. The Client Services Officer will provide an exceptional level of customer service following the order to invoice and contract lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Responding to customer inbound enquiries via phone and email.
  • Order processing and tracking within SAP.
  • Contract Creation & Maintenance within CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including interstate branch offices and sales representatives.
  • Working to identify and resolve customer challenges, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Who are we looking for?

  • Entry level candidate with experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and strong ethical and moral principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in MS Office.
  • Experience in SAP (or other ERP systems) (preferable).
  • Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) (preferable).

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
