The Opportunity  
This exciting opportunity has become available following an internal promotion, and offers an opportunity to join Dexus’ National Retail Marketing team.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting retail campaigns across the portfolio, collaborating closely with centre marketing teams and agency partners to deliver impactful, brand-aligned initiatives that drive campaigns that drive performance and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing retail campaigns across multiple centres.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to deliver integrated marketing activity.
• Help manage marketing budgets and reporting to track performance and ROI.
• Contribute to annual marketing plans and monthly sales insights.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and national retailers.

Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in retail marketing, shopping centres, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with external agencies and suppliers
• Strong project management and campaign delivery skills
• Confident using digital platforms and social media to engage audiences
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
