About the role

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will design and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand presence of B.I.G. and the brands of its divisions, and generate qualified opportunities in priority markets.
You drive targeted awareness and measurable pipeline growth to help position B.I.G. as a leader in those segments where we aim to grow and dominate.

In this role you report to to the Group Marketing Manager and are a member of the central MarCom team, working alongside a diverse group of marketing communication professionals to support various divisions across the Beaulieu Group.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and drives meaningful impact through efforts that improve organizational performance and deliver value to customers.

 

Key responsibilities

Focused on delivering results, you will own multichannel marketing campaigns from start to finish.

  • Bring the marketing strategy to life with a targeted multichannel approach: from content strategy and segmentation to offer creation, nurturing, and follow-up.
  • Spearhead the development of innovative campaign tactics and creative assets that maximize engagement and conversion, while elevating brand awareness and driving demand.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns from concept to completion: engaging priority audience segments and coordinating efforts across central marketing, divisional marketing, business development, sales, and the CRM team.
  • Create robust project plans with clear timelines, workstreams, budgets, and KPIs that position each campaign for success.
  • Work with in-house or agency creatives and media partners to manage assets and plans, delivering seamless campaigns built on strong briefs, clear direction, and open communication.
  • Boost creative effectiveness and raise the quality of output across all channels, driving performance beyond benchmarks.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, sharing results and insights to drive continuous improvement.

 

What you bring

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication
  • At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies as part of strategic marketing
    (segmentation, value proposition, buyer personas)
  • Experience in managing the full marketing funnel: from awareness to conversion, including buyer journey mapping, demand generation.
  • Copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including hands-on experience with SEO, SEA and email campaigns
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation tools
  • Ability to extract insights and create actionable reports
