We are looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our team and help us deliver safe, fresh, and nutritious products to our customers.

The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily production operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that products are prepared, bottled, and packaged according to company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment in accordance with company guidelines.

• Assist with the preparation, mixing, and bottling of juices, smoothies, and other products.

• Package, label, and palletize finished goods for distribution.

• Monitor product quality to ensure consistency and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a cold and fast-paced production setting.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety/quality protocols.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
