Occupational Therapist– Join the Landmark Team!
Location: Landmark Care & Rehabilitation
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) 

Are you a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Landmark Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to help our residents regain mobility, gain independence in ADL's, enhance their quality of life, and support their rehabilitation goals to return to their prior level of function!

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluating and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals to reach patient needs
  • Provide hands-on therapy to residents to improve their mobility and overall function
  • Monitor resident progress and document changes in their condition
  • Educate residents and their families about therapeutic exercises and strategies for maintaining independence in ADL's
  • Promote safety and prevent falls through effective mobility practices, patient education, and training to increase their functional success

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care 
  • Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements
