Position Summary:
Performs multiple data entries of customers' orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Position’s Key Responsibilities:

Input information for all orders to generate pick slips, bills-of-lading, and shipping labels.

Reconcile all invoices with pick-slips and file all invoices.
-
Ensure all customer accounts are updated and create new files as needed.

Assign accurate general ledger account number and vendor number to each invoice. Check for extension requests and verify invoice amount and correct any errors against receiving voucher.

Record or log all checks and cash received from customers in the system.

Answer phone calls promptly, cheerfully and in a professional manner.

Transfer calls promptly and/or be able to take clear and accurate message(s).

Provide good customer and public relations over the phone: create a good impression of FSI; provide information that will encourage customers to buy additional FSI products.

Other duties as assigned.
Starting at $21.25/hr., Depending on Experience.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age.
-
Must be at least 21 years of age with a Minimum of a High school diploma or its equivalent plus 5+ years of experience in area of specialization.
-
Proficient in Microsoft office and basic computer functionality, ten-key calculator, typing, label printer and multi-line telephone experience preferred.
-
Prior retail experience in Asian products preferred, Asian language proficiency is a plus.

Excellent customer service.

Basic math skills.
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
