The Parking Ambassador Operations Supervisor at The Works - Upper Westside Atlanta located at Chattahoochee Ave is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of parking ambassador staff, ensuring consistent service delivery, adherence to policies, and a high standard of customer service. This role supports both frontline staff and management to maintain efficient and safe parking operations across assigned locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of location staff: delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards.
- Ensure staff adhere to uniform standards, customer service protocols, and safety procedures.
- Conduct routine site inspections to monitor ambassador performance, parking lot conditions, and customer interactions.
- Respond to and resolve escalated customer complaints or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and continuous development of parking ambassadors.
- Track attendance, manage daily logs and reports.
- Maintain compliance with AAA parking standards while fostering a positive parking experience for our guests.
- Enforce company parking policies and provide corrective action when necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between ambassadors and upper management, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate reports related to citations, incidents, equipment usage, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all staff follow safety guidelines and protocols, particularly in high-traffic or hazardous areas.
- Support special event coordination, traffic flow management, and contingency planning as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in parking operations, security, hospitality or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and remain on foot for extended periods.
- Proficient with handheld enforcement devices, reporting systems, and basic computer applications.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Previous experience working in high-stress situations with tight deadlines/high customer expectations.
- Proficient in basic computer and reporting systems.
- Knowledge general Microsoft Office Applications.
- Must have reliable transportation
Working Conditions:
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods.
- May involve lifting up to 25 lbs and working in fast-paced environments.
