HR & Benefits Coordinator

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruitment and onboarding to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.

  • Maintain HR records, HRIS updates, and compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs.

  • Provide responsive HR support to employees and managers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of HR, benefits, or administrative experience.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.

  • A team player with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
