Now Hiring: Assistant Superintendent
As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll play a pivotal role in our construction operations, ensuring our luxury apartment communities are built to the highest standards. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise punch-out staff and laborers to ensure timely project completion
- Manage all framing-related work and oversee framing punch lists
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of structural concrete from PT Slab on Grade to elevated podium concrete
- Coordinate and schedule all material deliveries, from lumber packages to trusses
- Lead weekly meetings for lumber orders and ensure seamless procurement processes
- Ensure delivery tickets are properly stamped, coded, and processed
- Work closely with other assistant superintendents to oversee siding, flashing, and waterproofing installations
- Manage fur downs required for HVAC or decorative installations
- Ensure subcontractors maintain daily job-site cleanliness
- Provide weekly updates on framing progress

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction management (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software
- Experience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus
